What the charge looks like

Candy AI is operated by EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta, and charges are billed under the EverAI name. The words Candy, shorts or anything explicit do not appear in the descriptor.

If you share a statement or an account with someone, that is the line they will see. If you do not recognise an EverAI charge, check whether a Premium subscription or a token pack was bought on your account.

Subscription or tokens: what you are paying for

Premium is a subscription billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. Each month it adds 100 tokens, unlimited messages with characters, 18+ images and videos, live action, and the option to create your own AI girlfriend. Tokens are also sold in packs.

Candy Shorts parts are unlocked with tokens: 12, 30 or 50 depending on the series. A Premium month covers eight 12-token parts, three 30-token parts or two 50-token parts.

Cancelling

You can cancel Premium yourself, whenever you want, in your Candy AI account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it is not something you need to contact anyone for.

1. Sign in on candy.ai. Use the account the subscription was bought on.
2. Open the settings. The subscription section shows your plan and its renewal.
3. Cancel the renewal. Do it before the renewal date if you do not want another period.

Keeping spending under control

• Use the free parts to shortlist series before buying tokens; our files show the total cost of each one.
• Prefer five-part series if you want to finish stories within one month of tokens.
• Remember that licensed likenesses cost two to three times more per part than invented characters.
• Note the renewal date of a subscription when you buy it.

Privacy on this site

This site does not sell anything and does not take payments. We do not ask for an account, and we do not see what you buy on Candy AI. Our privacy notice explains the little we collect, which is basic server logs.

Before you subscribe

A few checks save surprises later: decide whether you need a subscription at all or only a handful of tokens; look at the plan length, because yearly plans are charged up front; and keep the confirmation email, which shows the plan and the renewal date. The table above is refreshed from candy.ai every two hours, but the checkout page always has the final figure for your country and currency. If anything about a charge is unclear, the subscription section of your account settings lists the active plan.

Shared devices

Candy Shorts play in the browser, so the usual habits apply on a shared phone or computer: a private browsing window, signing out after watching, and not saving the password in a shared browser profile. None of this is specific to Candy AI, but it matters more for adult content.
